Take part in DfE’s Early Years Entitlements Research

The Department for Education (DfE) are inviting early years staff who work with childcare entitlements, such as Disadvantaged 2-Year-Olds, Early Years Pupil Premium, and childcare support for working families, to take part in user research.

The DfE are currently redesigning the childcare sections of the Eligibility Checking System (ECS), and they would love to hear from those who use ECS regularly in their day-to-day work.  Participants will join an informal one-hour session via MS Teams where the DfE will be sharing early design ideas and get participants thoughts. It’s a great chance to help shape improvements to a service that is used regularly.
