October courses:

  • Let's Get Sensory - October 16 2025
  • Supporting young people with speech difficulties - October 20 2025
  • Booster refresher training (for staff who have previously attended booster group training) - October 23 2025
  • Supporting Mealtimes - October 23 2025

 New course

New training course this year:

  • Supporting children and young people who stammer in an education setting. This is aimed at setting staff to help them understand stammering and what they can do to support a young person with a stammer. 

 Parent Training Speech and Language Therapy

New parent training courses this year:

  • Parent Training – Supporting the communication of children and young people with social communication differences/ASD
  • Parent Training – DLD – for parents and family members of children with a diagnosis of Developmental Language Disorder (DLD)
  • Parent Training – Multilingualism and developing children’s speech, language and communication

    Please note an update to the booking terms and conditions. Please note that there will also be a charge to settings that have service level agreement with Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust if booked places on courses are not cancelled in advance.
