Creating Early Years Capacity

Childcare Works have produce a presentation which shares some ideas to help us think about how we might be able to create some additional capacity ahead of the expansion to 30-hours from September 2025. Not all capacity expansion requires investment or funding, there are sometimes opportunities to release additional capacity within an existing setting, just by making some adjustments.  This presentation will give you some ideas that may be relevant to you.
