Reminder: Provider Portal Now Open for Spring 2026 Claims

The Provider Portal is now open for you to enter details of funded children for Spring 2026.

Please note: the portal will close on Friday, 23 January 2026.

What you need to do

• Log in using your case-sensitive username and password.
• Submit your Early Years Census information first (found under ‘My Details’ on the portal) before entering your actuals.
• Enter details for:
  • Eligible under 2s
  • Eligible 2-year-olds
  • 3 & 4-year-olds (universal and 30-hour extended entitlement)
  • Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP) claims
  • Census Spring 2026

Important checks

• Validate all Working Parent codes using the eligibility checker before admitting children for funded places.
• Update start/end dates and weeks attended for children not accessing the full term.
• Remove any children who have left your setting.
• Ensure funding details are accurate

Funding reminders

• DAF: One-time payment of £938 per year. Apply with the child’s DLA letter.
• EYPP: Paid over three terms at £1 per funded hour. Apply with parental consent and update the portal accordingly.
