OAP funding survey reminder
Dear Provider,
Thank you for your continued commitment to inclusive practice and supporting children with SEND across Lewisham.
To receive your Autumn Term 2026 Ordinarily Available Provision (OAP) funding, settings are required to complete the OAP Monitoring and Evaluation Survey.
The survey will help us understand how OAP guidance and funding are being used across Lewisham settings, the impact on children and families, and any further support or training providers may need. Information gathered will also help us evaluate the effectiveness of the OAP programme and inform future developments.
Action required
Please note that completion of this survey is required in order to receive Autumn Term OAP funding. Failure to complete the survey by the deadline may result in your payment being delayed or withheld.
We encourage all providers to complete the survey as fully as possible. The feedback you provide is invaluable in helping us understand the difference OAP funding is making for children, families and practitioners across Lewisham.
