The EPEC Being a Parent programme is a free, 9-week, evidence-based parenting course for parents and carers of children aged 2 to 11 years living in Lewisham. The programme is designed to strengthen family relationships, build parenting confidence, and provide practical strategies for managing everyday parenting challenges. You will need to book for this course (please refer to the poster link at the bottom of this page to book)

- Understanding children's behaviour
- Developing positive and effective discipline strategies
