LSSPH From Framework to Practice: Empowering Room Leads as Key Persons Part 1 12th November and Part 2 26th November

Suitable for all early years practitioners, these sessions focus on the vital role of relationships, interactions, and reflective practice in supporting every child's learning, development and wellbeing.

Please note - you must book be able to attend both sessions.

In this session we will look at:

Tune into children’s cues and respond promptly to emotional and physical needs.

Use guided play and conversation to extend thinking and language.

Shift between structured teaching and spontaneous learning opportunities.

Reflective Practice:

Regularly review what works, using evidence and observation to adapt strategies.

Work with colleagues and parents to ensure continuity and individualized support.
